Peach.. Or Fig?
Peach fields. Osmanthus, white peach and sandalwood.. or so it claims.
It does open with something lightly peachy and tea like. Osmanthus definitely gives me a tea like quality at times so it may be that.
But after a minute or two I get something more green. Fruity but unisex. The woody base starts to peak through as well, definitely a clean creamy sandalwood. I couldn't place what the fruitiness I was smelling was for quite awhile. At first it felt tropical, maybe coconut or pineapple.. It just definitely wasn't peach.
Eventually it hit me that what I was smelling was akin to the fig note in Philosykos by Diptyque.
Not what I wanted or expected; not a horrible scent but it does remind me of a candle or home scent rather than something someone would want to wear as a perfume.e

Mass-Appealing But Lacking Identity
I know a lot of people are missing this one so I hope I don't hurt any feelings by sharing my opinion.
I like this fragrance but I find it lacking distinction past the opening. At first it has a peppery, bright feeling to round out the rose and sweetness. It's really fun and I wish that phase stuck around a little longer.
The dry down reminds me a bit of the dry down of Flowerbomb. The rose seems to fade from the forefront and this warm, ambiguous sweetness takes over. I wish it at least kept the rosy floral bite throughout the life of the fragrance.
I'm sorry but I hardly think it was worth its retail price, let alone what you'd end up paying for a bottle now in 2023.

Roses, Wine & Vials of Ink
I'm so glad I don't get the sweetness and fruitiness others seem to get from this fragrance. This is a dense rose through and through. Not quite a soliflore, but close.
The opening is bright and slightly green. It shocked me upon smelling it for the first time. A mix between fresh roses, dried roses, and wilted bruised petals. There is a poisonous herbal quality that I assume comes from the palmarosa and geranium notes.
Before long something deeper and more metallic begins to emerge. Blood, wine, ink? There is a booziness, a metallic tone, and something I really can only compare to pen ink- very particular and unique. The rose is still there in full bloom.
I don't notice too much change throughout the day except a mild earthiness coming about; it makes me think of patchouli or oak moss but I don't think those are listed as notes. The longevity is phenomenal, I smell it on myself the next morning.
An excellent signature scent for a rose lover. Not too sugary, not too mature. It seems like it could fit in anywhere; office, date night, the grocery store. Truly one of the most splendid and unique rose scents I've ever smelled.

Front-Loaded but Fun
A juicy strawberry with a patchouli backbone rounds out the opening. There is a tanginess that almost calls to mind cheesecake or shortcake. The delicious opening lasts about 30 minutes or so, by far the most exciting stage of this fragrance.
As time goes on, the berry calms down and blends into a familiar sweetened patchouli heart. Somewhat more generic but still highly enjoyable.
Unfortunately, it all fizzles out into something that smells like a Victorias secret spray after about 2 hours. Sweet, berry, musky, sits very close to the skin. Similar to the dry down of Parisienne, but far weaker. Disappointing.
I like this fragrance and I see comparisons to Miss Dior Cherie and maybe even the 2012 Miss Dior.. In the opening. The dry down just isn't it. If you have the cash to lay down to respray this supposed EDP every 2 hours, it's worth it! If not, go ahead and give this one a pass.
