Old vs new- still great but not the same. I have an old bottle marked “special edition” and has far more anise and funk, in the best way.

Very much a pleasant Whiskey and cola (Jack and Coke specifically) centered fragrance with nice related spices and a fantastic amber ending

Get a bit sweaty, but let it dry and try to cover it with TF Santal Blush and MFK Oud. A musky scent of skin, and also a skin scent

Underrated drydown of sparkling dry cardamom and angelica give Royal Oud adjacent vibes

My take is that it’s various ingredients combine to create a photorealistic scent of Citron in all it’s facets, inside out.
