Summer in a Bottle
This is a beautiful, unique fragrance, but first I had to come share that the packaging is the coolest I've found so far. It literally comes in a real bartending mixer. I thought that was the neatest touch!
The fragrance itself starts off with the juiciest pineapple. The coconut and plum are there too, but they take a backseat to the pineapple. Somehow this doesn't feel tropical to me even though it has all the makings for a tropical explosion.
The pineapple stays until the dry down, but it takes a backseat to the creamy, woody base. It's just a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

Don't inhale deeply
This is a lovely fragrance. Musky, sweet, light and unique. It's a typical musk in that it sets close to the skin and doesn't project. What makes it most challenging is that you can't get closer than 8-12" from where you sprayed it to smell it. If you do, the civet and animalics take over and it's not enjoyable. So while I really enjoy the fragrance, I don't think I can invest in a bottle that can only be enjoyed with so many constraints. What a shame because it's beautiful under perfect circumstances.
Creamy & Tropical
I always get really excited when I love something that's outside my typical go-to scent profile, and this is a great example. This is stunning. This makes me enjoy a feminine, tropical leaning fragrance and I typically don't care for either of these.
This opens up to be a creamy tropical leaning floral. There's no tiare, which makes me happy because that's a difficult note for me. So is ylang-ylang and tuberose, but not here. This perfumer nailed all of these. Such a smooth blend yet each note remains detectible.
The cashmere wood addition to an otherwise mundane base is a nice touch. I find it's a great note to pair with patchouli to take the edge off. Super enjoyable fragrance.

Spicy and beautiful
I don't generally care for rose or oud, let alone rose oud fragrances, but I love most of what Day Three puts on the market so I ordered a sample. Well, I love it. The oud isn't extremely potent or off-putting in any way as I find the note can sometimes be. The rose is a modern rose, and I don't get the dated vibe I get with a lot of rose in fragrances. The vanilla softens it all. It's just beautiful. I think this became my favorite from the house. Get a sample and see for yourself.
This stuff right here!
I am not typically an oud lover. Actually, I generally find it off putting. In this fragrance, it is perfect though. I found a sample of this that I had apparently purchased some time ago but I had forgotten about it. It's 34* where I'm at today, so I thought it would be the perfect time to pull out this dark brown liquid and give it a go. I had a feeling it would be masculine, so I asked my husband to be the tester. This is beautiful. I've not smelled anything like it. Earthy, chocolatey, cinnamon oud. I don't get any florals. The cloves are light and do not make the fragrance seem dated. It's just.. chef's kiss. Beautiful.
