YSL La nuit de l'homme - flakes in the perfume

Hi,

I got a replacement bottle of YSL la nuit de l'homme because the first one had dandruff-flakes-like thingies floating inside of it. The new bottle has the exact same problem. Both have the same batch code.
How often does this happen with this fragrance? What makes a fragrance go bad in this manner?
How bad is it, like is some of the perfume oil solidifying so you're basically getting a worse concentration or what's happening here exactly?
