Is it Shalimar?

Yes, Cryptic it is. Very good sleuthhound. Wink

Dlane told me the answer last night for the quiz.

Your up.

Thank you, Cincy. Smile

Clue #1: Unconquered

Dolby:
I don't think Cincy is talking about leaving, but instead telling Dlane to stop undermining herself.
No?
Smile

Ok, I didn't read back far enough.
I like to swoop in after all the guesses have been taken and backtrack from the answer to the original question. I'm a little backwards.

Well done Wifey Wink

Is it a fragrance by Boadicea the Victorious?
Sorry, Darling D. Wrong house. Actually, two different houses make a perfume by this name. I'll give credit for either one.

I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.

~ William Ernest Henley, Invictus
A poem said to have been important to Nelson Mandela during his imprisonment.

Invictus by Amway or Paco Rabanne.

That's it, Mia. Nice job! I've been thinking about Mandela a lot lately because he is seriously ill. Sad

Good call Mia!
Thanks! Hopefully Mandela recovers soon.

This fragrance's namesake is a colour as much as a music genre, magazine or marine animal species.

I reckon another clue might come in handy.
Thanks Mia but it didn't help me. Smile

Dlane we will be here, you are missed.

I'm going for:

Ok, in order of the pictures below:

Colour:Sepia is a reddish-brown color, named after the rich brown pigment derived from the ink sac of the common cuttlefish.

Music Genre:Sepiamusic is a Danish/American Electronic Rock duo.

Magazine:Sepia was an American magazine from the 1940s, featuring articles based primarily on the achievements of African Americans.

Marine Animal:Sepia is the Latin name for Cuttlefish.

Bravo, Dolby, Sepia is correct - but the fragrance ain't. You might want to use Advanced Search. Wink

Ah! Silly me... Sepia by Aftelier
Thanks Mia.

Ahahaha ... Fair enough.
I was just coming back to add the clues in one go but you beat me to it.
So here goes for the rest (and it's all there):

I have no idea what you're looking for but maybe I can narrow it down by guessing some of the clues. The first one looks like the Amazonian rainforest and the second I guess is green notes/accords. The third may be a Sri Lankan note...vetiver? Not sure about that one. The fourth and fifth clues appear to be cinnamon and rosewood. That's all I got. Embarassed

Yep Cryptic, you've got it all pretty much correct... Now put it all together, and what do you get?
Wink

Extra clue: The name of the house is there. Say what you see. The perfume is there too, but needs a bit more logical deduction.

Okay. I think I know the house, then. Let me see if I can come up with the scent.
