This brought tears to my eyes for the sheer thrill and joy on the faces of the "accidental audience members", let alone the incredible voices. Thank you!
Same here, Wichapi, and for the same reasons. There is nothing quite like a large group of people singing beautifully in unison, is there. It's exhilarating. One of the people I forwarded it to is recovering from a major surgery and just beginning to feel like a human being again, and he answered me, "THANK YOU FOR THAT, IT DID ME SO MUCH GOOD THIS MORNING!" The power of song never ceases to amaze.
The deep tremolo of giant windchimes, the breeze through our palm trees, water bubbling & lightly splashing in our rock garden fountain, and the call-and-response of a mated pair of Great Horned Owls... All under a crescent desert moon.
Yesterday, I had a very boring and monotonous task at my job: manually correction of some table entries.
Thanks to my IPod I spent the whole afternoon listening intensly to Richard Wagner's Siegfried while those table entries were done more or less semi-conscious.
