Cincy:
I read somewhere years ago to use dryer soft thingys, throw one of those in and let it soak for a couple of hours. Don't know...

I have read that too. My former coworker says it works.

My contribution to such a topic would be:
"...When you throw a Pyrex baking pan away rather than try to remove the baked-on residue that mocks you." Nonstick my ***!

Laughing We've all probably been there.

I have good luck soaking baked on crap in hot soapy water WITH BAKING SODA.

I have been struggling with insomnia.

I have been terrified of trying this new sleep aid the doctor recommends.

I have been escorting my son to the store to acquire his latest gadgets/obsessions (nerf guns). Can't complain, I have the obsessive compulsive gene too.

I have been dreading doing my own yard work here lately.

I have been a lazy bum all week long.

I have struggled with insomnia for the last 3 years. I was put on Ambien temporarily to help me "Get back on track". It worked really well, but my doctor wouldn't renew the prescription. My mom has insomnia too, but hates the pills. She even locks the bottle in a safe deposit box and takes out only one at a time.
I would suggest taking it when you really need to, like if you have a long day ahead.

I have been taking pictures of my decants and samples. Someone on here a while back wanted to see them. Now to figure out how to upload them from my phone to here.

I also have been...contacted by a member on F to ship them some Jo Malones in exchange for Korean makeup. I was a bit taken aback as I do not know this person at all. If maybe it was someone around the boards I've talked to a few times, I might have considered. I do have an international fragrant friend here who I wouldn't mind obtaining perfumes for. This person didn't even offer any money in return for anything--not for shipping or the perfume--just cosmetics that I wouldn't even use. No big deal in the end though; I just politely said good luck in obtaining your wanted perfume but I am unable to do it.

Wow! Hayven, Jo Malones don't come cheap.

I broke down and took one Friday night, I think it helped me go to sleep but I woke up every 2 hours so it kind of defeated the purpose. I worked all day Saturday, not really sleepy, but Saturday night I was very sleepy without any assistance. Woke up Sunday 830 am, fell back asleep about 1030 am, woke up at 1230 pm. I think that one pill might still be in my system. I don't feel groggy at all, just sleepy when I am relaxed. I don't like the idea of taking a pill.

Dig, have you tried just taking a Benadryl? Just a suggestion.

No. Benadryl will put me out for a week!
I tried Tylenol pm once but it had me severely sleepy the next morning, never took those again.
I really could do without any aide but I would live off 3 hours sleep a night. That's hard to do working 12 hours a day.
I might see if I could dissolve the Tylenol pm capsule in a cup of tea maybe.

Or just use half the capsule

edit: Thanks to Digndirt, I figured out to attach photos. Here are my decant and samples collections. The decant box used to hold cards and envelopes, and the red square box used to be from an Aqua di Gio gift set. I have a bunch still scattered around my bedroom and desk, about 200 or so in all. I threw in a sleeping kitty picture for good measure.

OK I tried the pill, I don't like it. I feel like I have a bitter aftertaste in my mouth the following day, too toxic for me. I'll manage without.

Cool pics Hayven, Do I even DARE take a shot of my samples drawer? No, I'd better not.

I have been adding Chanel to my swap topic.
