Hello friends, I am looking for a fragrance that smells like the Victorian-era circuses: like a fair, the hay of the elephants and the ring, the patchouli of the fortune-telling gypsy, the tiger, the fecal vapors of animal urine and feces, the director's tobacco, the clowns' makeup—in short, a traveling fair from the late 1800s and early 20th century.

A part of what you are looking for could be find in Ruade. But I don't recommend a blind buy : it's particular AND very expensive (like VERY).
