Pictures in proposals

Is there a reason why proposals are being approved/added to the database without a main picture? 

i have had ~8 proposals approved now, provided pictures for all of them but only about 50% were used in the final database listing.

Actually two more gained a picture since yesterday ... 😆 So I assume it's a post-approval work in progress?

Basically I'm asking bc selfishly, I don't like seeing the little grey silhouette in my collection.

This is correct. Pictures are added with a delay due to editing processes.
