Tips for Grasse

Tips for Grasse 1

Hi!

I am traveling to Grasse in a couple of weeks and I would love to hear some suggestions beyond the already well-known museums of perfume and fragrance factories. Any interesting perfumer/shop to check out?

Thank you Smile

Exciting! The summer before my senior year of high school I was lucky enough to get to go on a school trip to France. We stayed in Paris, Avignon (my favorite!) and Nice, and when we were in Nice we took an excursion to Grasse and toured the Fragonard perfumery there. I'm sure it's been recommended already and is probably one of the more popular destinations, but it really is worth the visit! Also, just wandering around the little village shops made for a really fun afternoon. It's been almost six years since I've been so I can't really remember any specific shops but do bring shoes that will be good for a hike (Grasse is VERY hilly). Safe travels!
