When replying to a thread....

How in the world do you get the tiny bottle and name (with link) to show up? I do the link thing and it doesn't have the bottle next to it. I see it all the time and for the life of me don't understand what I am doing wrong to have my reply show up with the bottle next to the name. 

@Killsocket  Hello. I always think it's better to post this method on the forum's top or somewhere.
It's easy to do, just enter the name of the perfume after #. If there are multiple perfumes with the same name, enter the brand name and a thumbnail will appear, so click on it. By the way, if you want to reply to someone, write the other person's account name after @.
