Your favourite reformulations

Often reformulations are perceived as a disaster. I wonder, which scents you like more after they got reformulated.

They must have gotten a few right.

Well, I love reformulated

"Rochas Femme"

and

Balmain "Vent Vert"!

I have never tried the originals...

I prefer the new Tabac Blond over the original.

We could use a little more of that in this thread!

I am not saying it is the better perfume, but I think the current Vol de Nuit extrait is a perfect modernization and I enjoy wearing it more. It's beautifully focused on jonquil and an oriental (vanilla-ish) base devoid of the drama the vintage has. However, the vintage is the quintessential Guerlain to me. It combines everything that made Guerlain what it was.
