I keep seeing 4711 coming out with various scents, some very simple, a mixture of two notes yet here in the States I don't see them for sale.
Is 4711 mostly a European market brand?
I see the original scent for sale but none of any other releases.
Never seen it in store in Poland. But can find plenty online. I might be blind to brands I don't know 
Yeah, I think they're mostly marketing in Europe. In Finland I have seen some of their colognes occasionally even in the bigger grocery stores. They're quite widely available here. Yay, for once Finland has something easier available than Americans, 99.9 % of times it's the other way round 😂

Gradually it's starting to get better yes, at least in the capital region. However just a few years ago we still didn't have even Mugler anywhere in our stores, only after L'Oréal bought them the brand arrived available to test in our physical stores. It also depends on the mainstream brand. There are some very common mainstream brands like Bath and Body Works or Ghost that still aren't available anywhere (except online, and only in a limited way there too). Americans also have all these awesome sites for purchasing cheap samples with cheap shipping costs.
