Adding cologne not in database

How do I add a cologne to my collection on here that doesn't show up in parfumo search? Paris Corner Voux Zingy 

Generally you'd click on the Research tab and then "Propose a Perfume" green button on the right. But Paris Corner is a banned brand on Parfumo. The full list of banned brands can be found here:
