Could someone please help verify two Frederic Malle bottes?

I love Frederic Malle and have several bottles. I just got a new one from a trusted grey market retailer and I immediately became suspicious that it's a fake: the box under the red sleeve had no logo stamp. So I compared it to other bottles I've bought from Nose, Saks, and grey market sellers. There were more packaging irregularities with the new one so I will be returning it to the grey market seller.

...But I also noticed a couple of differences in my other bottles. They *should* all be genuine (bought from Nose, Saks, trusted grey market sellers) but I'm questioning now; maybe someone returned a counterfeit to a legitimate retailer.

If someone could help verify these things for me, that would be great.

1. On one bottle from an authorized retailer, the sprayer under the cap is different (it has an indented "rim" around it instead of being basically flat like all the others).
2. On one bottle from an authorized retailer, the address on the label is different and there is a clear sticker on the bottom with the batch code instead of the black stickers.

The one without the black sticker and the round lable instead, looks akward, but I'm not familiair with the brand (other than sampling). I also noticed it doesn't say 'Made in France' on two of the bottles. 

On those two, the "Made in France" language is in the text paragraph, right above the website.

It's definitely hard to know what is just an official packaging change vs. what is a notable anomaly.

I own 3 bottles of Frédéric Malle i bought at the official store. 

None of them has a black sticker at the bottom and all 3 have "Made in France" in the text paragraph.

Rue du Mont Thabor is their previous address.

The two bottles I'm concerned with both came from authorized retailers (Saks, Nose) but because of the grey market bottle I bought & am returning, I'm questioning the packaging anomolies on 2 out of my 5.

One of the ones I'm concerned about is Portrait of a Lady and I don't want to have to pay to replace it 😭 but I also don't want to be possibly using a counterfeit. The other one is Musc Ravageur but at least that one is slightly cheaper.

Yes, all have the translucid sticker with the same kind of code.

But no "indented rim".

I also remembered that my husband also owns a bottle (same, from the official shop). I also checked this one.

All 4 are identical bottles. But all 4 are recent purchases.

Oh, and another detail I noticed : they have a number inside the cap. 3 have it in big characters, but one has it in small characters.
