I can't find samples of a lot of fragrances I'm interested in, and due to work schedule I'm rarely able to visit a store, and even less often test what I'm looking into. So I'm looking for reputable decanters similar to Decantx in the US but located in the EU.

I'm fairly new to the addiction just dipping my toes. Most of what I own is designer, and the niche ones are fairly well known, like 
Green Irish Tweed and 
Encre Noire Eau de Toilette, I managed to find a 
Percival sample which I really like, but no luck finding others.

They let you create your own samples kit of anything and they have tons of brands and perfumes, although there are many missing, as well. No luck with the two you mentioned, though, unfortunately.
