I cannot help searching for a perfume that is close to this one, because this was the signature scent of my childhood.
It smells delicious; a rich, pure, comforting marshmellowy vanilla.
Who can recommend a perfume currently available that most ressembles this scent ?
Oh gosh, it's been ages since I sniffed it in its original form. I had a flashback when I picked up 
Vanilla Musk. The opening took me back to the Body Shop's Vanilla oil but the drydown is different. If you enjoy clean white musk then this is the one to try. Just know it is close (to my nose) but no cigar.

I don’t know if it can ever be matched. It was the first perfume I fell in love with and felt was truly mine as a pre-teen in the early ‘90s. The closest I’ve found is Tihota by Indult. Dior’s Hypnotic Poison EDT shares some similarities in the drydown, as well. They both have that addictive Play Doh scent.
