What is happening with the Vero Profumo brand?

My perfume shop said that shortly before her death, Vero Kern had sold off the rights and that the company that bought them were not producing the perfumes so they (the perfume shop) couldn't get a hold of any.

Does anyone know who bought the rights to manufacture Vero Kern's perfumes and what is happening to them?

I'm not sure about, her Italian distributor, Campomarzio was also in charge of production, maybe they bought the rights as well?
