Vertus Vanilla Oud

I have been thinking about purchasing Vertus Vanilla Oud for the past 24 hours, I am looking for a sexier woody vanilla and I have been hearing great things about it. However, I have never smelled it in person and do NOT want to dump a lot of money on the official website if it is overhyped and really not that good. Is it worth the hype?? and if so, what are some good discount websites to get it off of? or should I just bite the bullet and buy it off of Vertus's official website?
