...One I would highly recommend though it is relatively unknown and scarce is Omar Shariff Femme PDT. A orange blossom beauty with lots of skank to cut the sweetness. A great "skank" for spring.

Greetings Perfumistas!
...I have been absent from Parfumo for a while and it is nice to be back. I too am involved with other boards and groups as well as working on my own. But I am retired and was working with an overflowing plate till recently and have decided to pull back my plans and do a little more retiring. I love to meet new people, share what I know as education is a BIG deal to me and I love gardening as well. Shortly after the fragrance obsession hit me, I became devoted to mostly vintage frags but I am currently moving forward in my fragrance 'time-line'. However, vintages will always be top on my list. My profile hasn't been updated yet but the personal frag stuff is still fairly accurate. I love all fragrances, not just masculine ones. I probably have more feminine frags though I don't care to count because it's not important. I just wear whatever happens to make me happy and if that's a big ole floral from the 80's, well so be it. My favorite quote has always been "Be yourself. Everyone else is taken.". :lol:

...It is important to note that Guerlain is famous for discontinuing fragrances in some countries while still making it available in the Parisian boutiques. Most non-Parisian Guerlain boutiques can order it for you but the other question is will they? In the USA, Las Vegas was good about doing that and the Toronto Canada boutique would.

Great idea!
...I have been working on a database of fragrance intro that importantly to me include not just when a Frag was introduced but when was it discontinued as well. Obviously the owners aren't keen on sending out a press release on a discontinuation. There are many sources online that include the intro date but only one or two, that I know of that will include the opposite. What is your opinion?

Marine scents : beach in a bottle :)

...I had been searching for a marine /oceanic scent, but most use that ozone note which gives the scent a synthetic smell that I hate. Then a Basenotes member was giving away a marine frag, so, I thought I would try it! It is Antica Farmacista Aqua and it works very well for me and I don't think it's pricey either.
