Weak Gingery Spicebomb Clone

Imagine Spicebomb but with lots of ginger and that’s what this is, lasts about an hour and then it’s GONE. Don’t waste your money. Mid-range packaging. Very poor sillage. Pity as it’s pleasant enough if you like spice & ginger but longevity is shockingly bad.

A Candy to Spray On

Body Survival is definitely an Eau de Toilette for the budget-conscious, but it's not something to shy away from if you enjoy similar scents.

The anise scent strongly overshadows the other notes. However, in interplay with these, a blended fragrance emerges that is more reminiscent of a bitter licorice candy than a glass of ouzo. Only after a while do light fruity-floral accents come through alongside the licorice & anise bomb, but they always remain gentle background music rather than merging into a rounded and full ensemble.

Unfortunately, both sillage and longevity are rather moderate, but at a price of around 5 euros, one shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. For anyone who enjoys sweets like anise cookies, salmiak pastilles, or licorice snails, this little potion is definitely recommended; however, those who are not fond of such things should steer clear of the fragrance.
