No roses. No amber. No Queen.
A Dozen Roses is one of the many new houses to have emerged during what I presume will one day be looked back upon as the "niche bubble", involving everybody and their mother, uncle, cousin and siblings becoming "Creative Directors". In the case of AMBER QUEEN, my advice to the "creative team" is: seek alternative employment and a different outlet for your energies.
To my nose, this is tantamount to a mid-level designer-quality fruity-floral frag. It could be called "Preppy Princess," if only that name had not already been taken by one of the members of Vera Wang's mainstream PRINCESS series.
AMBER QUEEN is not bad, but it's also not good.
