Male Cherry
Foreword: Like many others, I was very curious about this fragrance. Those who know Aaron's scents know that you usually get good quality/value for money. Personally, I even assumed that Raw Cherry would be one of his absolute best releases.
It’s enough to have read the title to know what to expect. The fragrance is well made, but I must unfortunately admit that I was expecting something different. The cherry note doesn’t smell quite natural to me. While the scent is not synthetic at all, in my opinion, it has more of a candy cherry note. It’s actually like opening a pack of "Haribo Happy Cherries".
This is then underpinned by woody notes, and there you have Raw Cherry.
Oud is unfortunately hardly noticeable for me, not like in his other fragrances with the same amount of oud.
Nevertheless, I would still claim that Raw Cherry is a very good alternative to Lost Cherry Eau de Parfum. Although Raw Cherry doesn’t smell as natural in my opinion, you get a significantly better H+S and also better value for money here.
So it’s definitely worth a test if you are a fan of TF. The fragrance can easily be worn by both genders, although it seems more masculine to me.
For those expecting a typical ATH scent, it may be somewhat disappointing because it doesn’t necessarily smell like one. All in all, however, it’s a good fragrance that you should definitely test if you like cherry :)
