Airy Salty Citrus

I get a very strong note of fresh clementine when I spray this. It dries into a juicy, salty scent that’s barely there, but pleasant when it lingers past you if you touch your face or turn your head. It’s not terribly groundbreaking but it’s solidly lovely, and that has its purpose. I would definitely add it to a “pick me up” arsenal (I’m thinking specifically for a plane ride). This, a cashmere cardigan, and a sparkling water would make flying tolerable. And since it’s so faint I wouldn’t feel as though I’m imposing a scented warfare on my seat-mates or anything.

Really beautiful perfume

Cyan Nori is one of my favourite scents ever, it’s fresh, it’s salty and very unique. The tangerine is very realistic and juicy with a bit of peach in the background.
The longevity and sillage are however very poor. This actually disappears within an hour no matter what I do. I’m really bummed because this scent is so beautiful, but because its poor performance I wouldn’t repurchase it or recommend it to anyone.

Synthetic Fruity-Fresh

Abel was founded in 2013 in Amsterdam by former winemaker and New Zealander Frances Shoemack, because - who doesn’t know it - she couldn’t find a fragrance that she liked. She now lives back in her homeland. All the brand's fragrances are unisex.
The "musk" note listed in other databases is actually incorrect; in reality, it is
Ambrette seeds / Ambrettolid, which smells different from musk, and Parfumo represents it correctly.
A very beautiful, intense, fruity, juicy aquatic. You smell fresh, fruity, and clean.
This fragrance is simple yet unique at the same time. Clean, yes, clean laundry, yes, but true lovers of clean scents always smell a difference between Byredo Blanche, Clean Reserve Warm Cotton, Valjues 12, Not a perfume by JHAG, Bottega Venetta Salvia blu, You by Glossier, D&G Light Blue, Fleur de peau by Diptyque, Nothing but sea and sky, Sun bleached, Molecule fragrances, Marc Jacobs Cotton, Zarko Parfume the Muse, Genetic bliss, Lefko by Korres, Club Noe, Le Musc e La Peau, Santal Super, Floating, Ambr Super, etc..
The opening is juicy, fruity in an elegant, timeless way. The dry down is timeless, pleasant, relaxed, and minimally soapy.
Not a few people are hyposomic (olfactory blind) regarding various types of musk, which can also extend to ambrette seeds; I love musk and always detect it, no matter how hidden. What causes hyposomia? It is a similar recessive gene that makes coriander taste like soap to some.
The scientific reason that musk is often not smelled is that it is at the upper limit of the molecular size that humans can detect.
Fortunately, I can smell all three notes and love this fragrance.
After 3 hours, you smell salty, fresh musk after "your skin, but better."
In the world of fragrances, the rare guest - seaweed - is abundantly present here and gives the maritime note: Nori - a seaweed harvested off the coast of France.
By the way, Abel is the gold winner of the Clean + Conscious Awards for natural perfumes. A fruity and juicy scent paired with ambrette seeds that opens with mandarin and peach and fades into a salty, deep ocean scent.
The sillage is mild and unfortunately, the longevity is low, which prevents me from buying more than 15 ml. Instead, I will buy Extrait next time, as the longevity is miles better.
