Lamar feels luminescent, as if completely surrounded by the radiations of a luminous golden halo, my olfactory senses are ignited by an incredible coalescence of tropical fruits. This vibrant and juicy melange of pineapple, delicious red fruits and spiced apples, create this beautiful and exciting tropical paradise. Intriguing aromatic spiciness, which creates even more temptations to this phenomenal opening. Majestic rose petals glide alongside warm tropical fruity floral jasmine and sweet magnolia, together rich floral swirls surround the delectable fruits, revealing intricate silky ribbons and shimmering golden layers, amber brings warmth and sweetness with woody touches and a dusting powder shimmering as it floats towards welcoming vanilla melt. Cashmere accentuated by smooth amber creates even more allure, cedar with camphoraceous notes and woody balsamic undertone and musky echo envelop affable arms, inviting sensual musks. Lamar is so special that he totally consumed my mind, body and soul, in this extraordinary extravaganza where the caliber of his virtuosity and his finesse overwhelmed me.

Lamar by Kajal is fruits.
It's a fruity, floral, oriental.

It starts with a blast of fresh fruits like orange, apple and of sweet fruits like pineapple, red berries.
The fresh fruits disappear very quickly and a strong freshly picked rose on a rainy day scent overlaps the pineapple and the red berries for about 10 minutes. The rose is very spicy, perfectly blended with cardamom and coriander.

15 minutes after spraying the perfume, the rose loses some strength and we get now a very noticeable blend of pineapple, red berries, rose, cinnamon and a bit of magnolia.

In the drydown, the musk starts to shine and to make the perfume very sexy. The perfume is now more fruity, but also very syrupy, maybe from the amber and the toffee. The vanilla is sweet and quite present but I get also some woods.

After some hours, I only get sweet fruits with a lot of musk and saffron, pepper, that gives me the same vibe as Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. The Ambroxan, that I get from the start, makes Lamar project with a lot of power and gives an ethereal feel to the scent.

Projection is very good. The same for longevity.
It's a sexy and playful scent that you can use on a summer night or during the spring and fall.

Had me in a chokehold

Sun shining into the kitchen, pineapple so sweet and ripe that juice oozes down the cutting board and drops on your tanned sunkissed skin. Lamar is a tropical gourmand that entices with its realism.
And this is just on paper!

Juicy, warm, dripping with pineapple sap, Lamar is a tropical dream.
The freshness of the green apple is there too, just about as much as the pineapple.
After dry down, the two roses aren't detectable to me, but a hint of white floral is definitely there.

I have been raving about this fragrance in so many reviews, so I thought it was in due time to finally tell about my experience with Lamar.
It is tropical in the best way; rich, warm and seductive, pick your poison.
It was brilliant for the hot weather when in Warsaw and the richness suits the colder days too, making me want to cozy up on the couch.

In all honesty, there is nothing left to be said, Lamar is thee pineapple fragrance.

Liquid Gold

The name of Lamar comes from the french Word Lumiere: light, in this case the beautiful and multifaced light of a setting sun.
Liquid, precious gold, whoever wears this fragrance bathes everything he touches in gold.
In short, something really pleasant and captivating.
Marc Buxton, the nose behind this fragrance, declared that he created it by imagining a woman walking on a carpet of roses and jasmine: nothing could be more true: after the juicy opening of pineapple, which will remain throughout the composition, a bouquet of flowers will explode exceptionally sweet, very pleasant.
The success of this fragrance speaks for itself.
A mention also to the packaging, with attention to the smallest details.
Suitable for any occasion, extremely and naturally sensual.

Delicious

Lamar is a well-balanced perfume, the fruity and sweet part is a delightful perfume that I would recommend buying blindly, the smell is a spectacle.
That spicy part, everything in general, of the perfume is a complete delight, try it, I recommend it more for men than for women.
From the first Lamar spray it captivated me, it is such a delicious aroma that it does not cloying you at all, for me the best perfume with a note of pineapple
