Um 7.30 Uhr getragen und um 19.30 Uhr immer noch da. Was soll ich sagen... Kilian ist immer eine Garantie. Es mag zwar teuer sein, aber es hat eine bemerkenswerte Qualität. Angel's Share hat so viele Komplimente bekommen. Die Mischung aus Cognac und Zimt ist perfekt (und ich hasse Zimt, aber hier hat er etwas mehr). Wunderschön.

Angels' Share by Kilian

In sampling both Apple Brandy and Angels Share at the same time with my wife, the warm, cinnamon, boozy, and sweet notes in Angels Share kept tricking us into thinking we were smelling Apple Brandy. It just seemed to fit better with the name.

Regardless, this is the better option of the two. It really has a high-end, boozy, apple pie scent.

On my skin, this projects and lasts a long time. It's very loud even with 1 or 2 sprays, lasting all day.

What can't be said about this mesmerizing perfume?
A perfume that is a masterpiece.
Pure unisex.

A perfect perfume for dates.
Every time I wear it on dates, the woman asks me what perfume I wore.

In my opinion, this perfume is the best from Kilian and of course even better than the new version Angels' Share Paradis which is too sweet in my opinion.

It's difficult, if not impossible, to beat the original version.

Plus, it's an amazing presentation of a glass of whiskey.

It's definitely worth it.

Boozy, sweet gourmand heaven, Christmas time in the bottle

Originally written over a one year ago.

First I decided not to buy this because of the hype and I noticed that so many have this, but it’s just so delicious. I would like to have rare things but like with many perfumes I have to admit that it’s not so bad if there is few thousands of other happy owners.

This juice is like a Christmas time in the bottle. It’s delicious fresh cinnamon vanilla apple pie and a cognac in the nice crystal class on the table and you walk in the room and get those notes mixed together.

This is an amber vanilla fragrance, I would say boozy gourmand and I like the level of sweetness here even if overly sweet scents are not my favourite category. Vanilla is not popping out here, it's so smoothly blended. Cognac note and cinnamon keeps the sweetness from vanilla, Praline and Tonka bean in the balance while cinnamon gives warm spicy effect to this. The base is utterly soft, velvety sandalwood with a hint of vanilla with some nuttiness. I don’t get any powdery vibes here.

Despite how I describe the perfume this is elegant and interesting blend and I think this is really wearable during the autumn and the winter time, day and night. This is really addictive, intoxicating scent and I just want to smell it more and more. I'm very sensitive to synthetic aromas but I don't find any here. Even if there was, they are made very well. The bottle is really beautiful as well giving a crystal glass feeling when you hold this.

As this is popular there is clones and dupes a lot of this. I haven’t tested not even one and actually I’m not interested to test any - I always prefer the original and authentic of everything. There is many similar perfumes in the world for sure (I don’t mean this one, like overall) but this one is really copied.

If you feel that "Angels' Share | Kilian" is too potent, thick and sticky sweet I recommend you to sample 31 Tonka Bodykon which is like a sophisticated feminine version of this one. All the notes are like diluted there, it's very sensual and cocooning. It's not similar or same at all but it has many similar notes and you will get the similar feeling.

I'm aware as well that many perfume connoisseurs don’t respect Kilian as a perfume house but I have found there anyway unique and adorable scents and blends of notes which I haven’t found anywhere else.

This scent is totally unisex.

Fantastic opening with a sub-par dry down

Angels share gets its name from the evaporation of alcohol in the cognac barrel. (And that’s as much as I know)

Initial spray: Absolutely. Fantastic. It’s beautiful, it has a very intriguing, fruity, apple rum scent. It behaves very calm while also looking at you in calamity, sharpening a blade and getting ready to slice your nostril hairs.

2-3 hours in: It’s not exactly what I would wear to anyplace. It’s a fresher scent, while having very sweet, almost sharp skin projection. It reminds me of extremely sharp sugar crystals, that have formed around the rim of a whiskey glass, with an apple slice in the middle of the glass. It’s like taking a sip of apple whiskey, and getting cut from the sugar crystals on the rim.

It reminds me of a very rich soccer mom, that might’ve taken a few swigs from the grey goose prior to her sons soccer game.

6-8 hours in: It has died down, while also staring at you with the intent to kill. Still very sharp, almost like nails on a chalkboard. I can hear the crunching of the sugar crystals when I smell it. It’s not a soft ice-cream, but more of a harsh rock candy. I wish the initial rum scent would stay longer, I almost feel like the rum scent makes it calm down a little. The sandalwood becomes extremely harsh, and I almost want to wash it off immediately, but for some reason I just keep smelling it.

To the packaging: I’m a stickler for packaging. If I’m paying big money for a fragrance, then I expect high quality packaging. I think Estée Lauder murdered the packaging on purpose, as their goal was to maximize the profits of the fragrance. I wish the plastic top was glass. I wish the sprayer was slightly more sturdy. It wobbles around when you spray it, and I really hate that. Again, I’m a major stickler for packaging so take my words with a grain of salt on that front.

Final thoughts: It’s really good for the first 2 hours of an event. It quickly dies down after that to something I kind’ve hate and love at the same time. I wish it wasn’t so sharp, and I want more smoothness to it. It leaves so much on the table, and this could be an absolute KILLER fragrance. I just want the ice-cream smoothness, instead I get this sharp crystallized apple sandalwood on the dry down.
