Oud Wood's little brother
This is the son of Tom Ford Oud Wood.
Really almost exactly the same fragrance but unfortunately much weaker....
As with Oud Wood: woody, slightly oudy, slightly smoky and very nicely balanced fragrance, without being too heavy or intrusive.
This is probably also due to the freshness in the fragrance that I can clearly perceive immediately after spraying (fresher than the Oud Wood by Tom Ford at first)
I know that the comparison is flawed, especially because these are 2 completely different price ranges, but I think the scent is almost identical at first!
If you fancy an oud fragrance in the small price segment that doesn't smell too much like oud/wood, and are looking for an alternative to the sinfully expensive Oud Wood - this is the one for you.
The H/S are really not good, you have to have the thing with you and refresh it several times to be noticed all day and to perceive it yourself.
The sillage is not great.... so rather lower midfield, the durability maybe just about normal midfield.
But this is really such a "fragrance for the car", you have it with you and can apply it very generously, it doesn't bother anyone and it doesn't hurt your wallet.
It is also suitable for everyday use, whether for leisure or work, and I even find it wearable in all seasons thanks to its freshness.
Still recommendable for the price.
