Blind purchase from Marc Gebauer - I actually "only" wanted to buy Naxos....
When I ordered my favorite Xerjoff Naxos (next to Lira) from Marc Gebauer, I thought "What could you "also order"... ah look at the G-Shock I like and... what do we have there - Acqua di Genova..." briefly checked on Parfumo and ordered.
A really wonderful bottle that really stands out next to Naxos (at least to my taste, in my eyes - everyone can see/view it differently).
Upon application, I notice a citric majesty that behaves really decadently, this is captured slightly woody-floral to be crowned later with cool smoky accents.
I love wearing this after a bath, a wonderful feeling: relaxation & well-being in a royal atmosphere.
I'm going to try Herbert Stricker's fridge tip in the summer - I'm already curious to see how this fragrance experience feels. (This review may then be edited...)
And yes, it may not have a great "performance", but it doesn't have to.
I wear, use & enjoy this fine eau de cologne for purely selfish reasons, to put it bluntly.
The only thing that bothered me a little - the calculation of shipping costs for each product (per G-Shock, Naxos & this one) that doesn't happen to me at the fragrance art store (order there regularly).
But let's stay positive - the products are great and that's what matters most.
Thanks for reading!
P.S: Do you have any experience with Marc Gebauer and/or Duftkunsthandlung

An Erba Pura homage or independent?
Today I'm back from the "Easter review break"...
And with a fragrance that has raised questions about my statement, or rather to give it a little more clarity.
But I would like to start with a basic question and a brief digression...
