Terribly simple, nerve-wrackingly sweet honey-pear liqueur brew
Am I the first commentator again? This fragrance, gifted to me as a sample, is virtually nonexistent in Germany and is being sold in the USA for around 30 dollars (instead of the 'supposed' 130 dollars) per 100 ml.
Annoyingly sweet are the first two adjectives that come to mind.
A squeaky sweet pear opens up, reminiscent of very sugary pear liqueur. Far from a pear brandy, which I could actually enjoy...
And then everything sinks into a shallow, sweet-woody aroma mush, clearly infused with a lot of milky honey that really gets on my scent nerves.
Overall, terribly flat, booming sweet, especially thanks to the swirling mix of pear liqueur and milky honey. No need for a longer comment... Off to the souk.
