Amazone on the Sofa
Oh outrageousness, oh delight!
As a warning in advance: this little fragrance is not necessarily suitable for the salon.
The gentle and delicate among us may not appreciate this olfactory steamroller with trumpets and cat choir.
Too overtly animalistic, too pronounced, too rough, too loud, too old-fashioned... Possibly...
The golden-angelic packaging stands in stark contrast to the content for me. Although there is a seductive picture of a woman hanging from the neck of each bottle (and I have hoarded 5, as it is no longer available), nothing on the outside hints at the true character of the contents.
Since I perceive fragrances in their entirety, it is unnecessary for me to describe individual notes. It is like with a painting: one can classify every brushstroke or step back and view the scene holistically, even with music and a glass, completely free from technical chatter.
I perceive a round animality very distinctly, which is a bit cheeky at first, but then, reflecting back, hides behind a wonderful floral splendor and only occasionally winks back softly and gently for the rest of the time.
It is not for outside and very rarely for inside. To be honest, I am still not sure when to wear the fragrance, and I have had it for a very long time. Most of the time, I wear it just for myself.
I feel like a retired Amazon with it LOL.... Too extravagant and exalted to enjoy it outdoors (only very rarely) and too exaggerated for "sofa and book," then I can hardly concentrate on the letters... The picture on the bottle neck is a subtle hint, possibly;)
And yet I love this fragrance; everything said above does not detract from the elegance and dominance of the scent, it is simply beautiful, successful, skillful.
In any case, I am quite relieved that the fragrance will remain with me until retirement and beyond... what a delight!
