Dior Sauvage Elixir 2.0?
Giardino Benessere from the house of Terenzi stands for quality, and the new Dasos is no exception. From the first spray, you think: I know this!
Right! It is very similar to Dior Sauvage Elixir in terms of fragrance DNA. However, there are differences.
Both have an identical opening. While the licorice note quickly comes through in Sauvage Elixir, the spicy-woody note emerges very quickly in Dasos. This makes Dasos seem like a drier and more mature version of Sauvage Elixir.
Another difference lies in longevity/sillage. Dasos, as an Extrait de Parfum, has a very long lasting power of easily 12 hours, just like Sauvage. However, when it comes to sillage, Sauvage has the edge.
Conclusion: If Dior Sauvage Elixir is too sweet for you, you will be thrilled with Dasos.
