Isle of Man Anglia-Perfumery

Very British! This fragrance is so typically English that I quickly feel transported to the British Isles. It has that freshness attributed to the Brits, a very masculine freshness that lasts an incredibly long time, so much so that it can still be distinctly noticed in the evening on the golf course of the Isle of Man.

It has quite a remarkable sillage, and women know these gentlemen who spread their clouds in the offices during the day, and when you sit next to them at the bar in the evening, wanting to enjoy your Campari-Orange, you can't smell it due to the masculine cloud.

That said, I don't mean to imply that the fragrance is unpleasant; quite the opposite. However, I wish for a shorter longevity or at least a more discreet sillage, as Isle of Man knocks me out. During the tests, I could hardly smell anything else, as it pushed itself to the forefront so much!

But from a respectful distance, this masculine fresh note is quite pleasant and smells clean and elegant. A man in a suit or at least trousers, shirt, jacket, and tie, but also one in those decadently elegant golf or cricket outfits fits perfectly with the fragrance, and the fragrance fits him. Just typically British!
