What men want

Men want to be adventurers and explorers, enjoy boundless freedom as a tramp on the road or be a conqueror of hearts like a gigolo. Men love to make a grand entrance, among other things as cavaliers and men of the world, but they also like to be fearless protectors and ultimately caring family men.

In order not to digress too much in this very comprehensive discussion, I'll try to approach it from the perfume side. That's exactly what we're here on Parfumo for. I am supported by Aramis, one of my favorite brands for men's fragrances. The "Gentleman's Collection" from Aramis provides the right fragrance for all these wishes. For the adventurer there is Havana, for the tramp there is Devin, the gentleman and man of the world is best served with J-H-L and the fatherly caretaker is perfectly suited to Aramis 900. I will introduce the gigolo of the range, Tuscany per Uomo, in a moment.

As the name of the "Gentleman's Collection" suggests, all these fragrances are made for the fine gentleman, for the gentleman for whom tact, decency, sovereignty and empathy are not just empty words. Of course, anyone can and may wear anything if they want to, but for good reasons I don't wear leggings, plush skirts and purple colors myself! It just looks terrible on me!

It's hot and dry, the sun is blazing down from the sky and Tuscany per Uomo sprays a fine, citrusy and spicy surge of Tuscan joie de vivre into this shimmering air. Intense lime and lemon paired with aromatic lavender and other spices (aniseed, tarragon, caraway) together form a fresh and somewhat bitterly spicy herbal fragrance of immense depth and striking expression. This beginning is a beguiling, Tuscan stroll through meadows, gardens, groves and fields with lush, colorful roadsides. And erotic temptation lurks everywhere. Pretty locals in light, breezy clothing, holidaymakers everywhere in fashionable, revealing outfits and tanned harvest workers with inviting, winning smiles on their faces are always trying to curry favor. Everything a man, everything a gigolo could wish for. The herbaceous, spicy scent is very lively in its presence and says, speak to all those who smile at you.

Lying on the meadow, hand in hand, the fragrance now becomes a little earthy and gains a lot of sensuality and warmth with cinnamon facets without leaving the tart track and slipping into sweet realms. The cinnamon adds a touch of unobtrusive exoticism, everything is relaxed and full of sympathy for the good life. This is how the happiness of amicable togetherness smells and leaves some time for a harmonious, classic ending with a rich woody-mossy aroma in which the leather unfortunately can no longer play a role that I notice. The romance of the Gigolo is quite short (approx. 6 hours) and is not meant to last, because further amorous dalliances are already waiting, which begin fragrantly with another spray from the bottle.

Tuscany per Uomo by Aramis is not an innovative creation of artistic elegance, but a reliable, down-to-earth fragrance with a bit of pizzazz and classic values. It gives every gentleman that certain something of a seducer without ever leaving the boundaries of charming flirtation. It is simply fun to smell and wear.

For the gentleman among gentlemen, I can warmly recommend the fragrances in the "Gentleman's Collection" and I would like to thank all readers for their kind attention!
