The Best Release of 2020?! Something Between Sweet-Fruity Lime and Floral Trio

My last comment here feels like it was ages ago.
I just had the urge to write a longer text about a fragrance again and to exchange thoughts with all the lovely perfume enthusiasts.
However, the fact that I am finally writing a comment again is mainly due to the way this fragrance captivates and excites me.
I haven't had much experience with the house of Atkinsons yet, but this scent has definitely piqued my interest, and I will be testing several more - that much is certain!!
But now, finally, to the fragrance.

What excites me the most is the opening.
It combines an authentic, sweet, and at the same time refreshing lime note with slightly spicy ginger and a hint of eucalyptus.
These three notes are so wonderfully intertwined that I find the opening so brilliant that I want to include it in my unofficial Top 10 list of all the perfume openings I have ever tested.
However, the fragrance is by no means linear, which I find a bit unfortunate in this case due to the great opening!
It develops into a floral trio - the top notes are only faintly detectable after a while, and a light, airy floral blend of rose and orchid with a small amount of jasmine emerges.
The fragrance is now so light that it almost seems watery.
So far, so good!
However, there is also a significant downside to this fragrance, unfortunately.
That is the sillage and longevity.
With a maximum of 5 hours (more likely less), it is pretty much done on my skin, and it is also quite close to the skin - so it is not really a candidate for purchase, but only kind of.

Now let's get to the headline I chose. In my eyes, and from what I have tested so far this year, it is supposedly the best fragrance or at least one of the best.
I really like it because I find it unique, not synthetic (high quality), and very pleasant in scent character!
In short: The expression “refreshingly different” fits it quite well :)
I am just as fed up with synthetic bombs as I am with the designer or niche variety that is unfortunately flooding the market right now.
Nevertheless, the longevity and sillage mean that I cannot love the fragrance unconditionally; however, I have and will wear this fragrance very often this summer, and it currently ranks among my summer favorites. Additionally, it has greatly increased my interest in the Atkinsons brand and perhaps paved the way for me to numerous other wonderful fragrances.
Feel free to let me know what your favorites from Atkinsons are and what I absolutely must test; I would really be interested to know :)

Sieh an, ein Kopfnotenfänger also... 'Big Bad Cedar' und 'Posh on the Green' fand ich ganz charmant. :)
