Oh no
A blind buy, because everything sounded perfect. And then, who doesn’t know it... one spray and that one nasty smell hits you in the nose. Iris. It’s nowhere mentioned. My absolute dealbreaker for any fragrance. If I see it, I steer clear of it. Why isn’t this listed?
I really have a fine nose, rather a sensitive one, so I just can’t stand this soapy scent. I don’t smell any chocolate at all, not even hours later, and I actually want to scrub it off as soon as possible. For a brief moment, a slight mint note could be sensed, but really, all I get is soap and hand cream. Nothing more comes through.
Why this fragrance is categorized as a gourmand is a big mystery to me, because to me it’s floral-soapy.
