Snow-covered alpine grass,
long distances, a farce.
Allez, Allez in the peloton
and in front' "Attaque de Pierre Rolland!"

Heroes of many nations
are again fighting for the crown,
now climb in the cradle step
up the pass, a hell of a ride.

Expensive frames made of carbon,
