It sounds so right! Without being too loud!

Another completely unknown fragrance that I "blindly swapped" and that really deserves to be mentioned more clearly here. And I ask myself the question: "Why does nobody have it but me"? Was this "Collection 2000" series a millennium one-off? Or did it literally drown in the flood of fragrances and disappear forever? It is a wonder.
So is this fragrance. Because it smells so "retro", as if it came straight from the 1970s on a short trip back in time. It made a brief stop on a flying visit and then quietly slipped back into its era. What's so "retro" about it? Simply its "sound", which is reminiscent of "old classics". Full, spicy, it comes across. Changes within itself. Citrus notes come and go - come and waft over the spice that could come from cloves and coriander. Then leave a trail for a handful of roses, these too in tart and fruity.
Lavender may also be present, but it does not stand out.
There are woods of cedar, a note of "birch tar", some patch and lots of moss.
Lasts a very long time. Sprayed on in the morning, a wealth of aromas is still subtly present in the evening. Without having to press your nose directly into the crook of your elbow or your wrist. Nevertheless, nothing here is so "loud" that it follows you at every turn like a long trail. Well present, I dare say. But not room-filling. And certainly not "annoying" or too heavy. Simply a homage to old classics, without wanting to copy anything. It "only" smells like itself ;-))
