Green yet sweet

Typically I trend toward accents with prominent tomato leaf notes. This is not that, and I couldn't be more thrilled. It's a crisp and green, water rolling off verdant foliage kind of scent - but it's also a sweet, candy-like green - thanks to agave and tamarind with a sugar note as well. There's also a soupçon, an undercurrent, of gentle heat, a slight piquancy. Just enough to let you know it's there without disturbance.
