Scent

I almost wanted to write something about comic books again, but no...!

Oh, what a pleasure it was to be able to write you something about comics, again! Because I have this scent lying around here as a sample, whose name was handwritten. And the fragrance is simply called "I"... but the handwriting looks exactly like a "J" to me, anyway.

And so I thought it was time to talk a little bit about Mr. J... so about the Joker, the arch-enemy of Batman. But no, it's an "I," as I said. And Batman doesn't have an enemy that would start with an I, at least not a real enemy. At most Imperceptible Man, who has only appeared in 19 issues of hundreds of Batman comics, and not even in the main stories (apart from 1-2 appearances in Detective Comics). Then there's "Id", a French super villain who had a lot fewer gigs. And I even had to look up these two scoundrels... and I Nerd read really many Batman comics :D

Hey hey, don't get out of here, I'm not gonna talk about Batman or the Joker. *sigh*
That's why I come straight to the fragrance, whose brand I don't even know yet.

**The fragrance:**
The fragrance begins nicely with sweet, fruity and floral notes, of which I can best smell the bergamot, the mandarins (of which the rather slightly citric-sweet flesh instead of the bitter skin), roses, jasmine and a little bit of narcissus. Honey is also added quickly, which significantly intensifies the sweetness of the fragrance, especially as the honey becomes stronger and stronger.
Later, light almond notes are added, and the floral notes become stronger and stronger. I smell the orchids (if they are the orchids, because I can't assign this flowery note to any other fragrance here) and the fragrance feels much more mature now, or rather like a classic ladies fragrance with strong flowery notes, where almost only the oak moss seems to be missing.
And gradually some of the flowery scents also seem a little stuffy to me, which bothers me, but probably doesn't bother you guys or most of you, especially since this stuffy scent doesn't last too long anyway.
In the base it still smells flowery and sweet. I smell the mentioned orchid, still some jasmine, but the roses much less. Honey is still well present, so the fragrance retains its high sweetness. Patchouli isn't really there (if it is, then it's pretty weak), I don't smell myrrh, but the woody notes (though not really identifiable) are in the background.

**The Sillage and the shelf life:**
The charisma is above average. The many floral notes make the fragrance reasonably good to smell, even from not too short a distance.
The shelf life is pretty good with almost ten hours.

**The bottle:**
The bottle is cylindrical with a thicker base. The upper part bends upwards towards the neck. One sees a black label with the name of the fragrance, the fragrance liquid is yellowish. The black lid seems to be made of wood and appears massive and heavy. It's okay, but nothing special or really good-looking.

And then Batman told the Joker that... uh... oh, yeah, I didn't want to talk about it any more. Menno! But I can hardly think of anything else. At least now just :D
Be that as it may, the fragrance is quite okay, although it is a bit too heavy-floral for my taste. I think you ladies might like it a lot better, but this kind of scent has often been found in niche scents as well as among the mainstream scents, so you don't have to search for this scent here now :D
And like I said, I find the fragrance more feminine than unisex.

The type of the scent seems autumnal to me, as a general scent for the day, but also for leisure time and maybe for going out, but not for partying, because it doesn't fit because it looks more elegant than sexy.
Like I said, the scent is okay, but you don't have to test it!
