Combination of green, smoky oud with patchouli and vetiver with dark character

In case anyone doesn't want to read further argument, I'll say right up front - for me, one of the best perfumes from Ensar Oud that I've had the opportunity to test. It is a very characterful fragrance. A strong and distinctive combination of green, smoky oud with patchouli, as well as vetiver and Japanese cypress, which greets us at the very beginning. It is, on the one hand, a rather dark and murky fragrance. On the other hand, there is a certain crispness and greenness. Something like a light in a dark tunnel ;) As for me, the perfume is definitely more masculine in character. Although in the base they smooth out a bit. For a perfume based on natural ingredients, the projection and longevity are at a high level. I recommend to fans of patchouli and strong, dark and green fragrances.

Green Balsamic Oud

The mix created with Papua and Malaysian oud, together with the green notes of Patchoili and Vetiver, with the dirty connotations of Tigerwood and Castoreum, is really beautiful. I don't smell anything medicinal, but the whole is very balsamic and green at times creamy to my nose. Just a little pungent with the pepper. Tobacco, Plum and Cypress work in the background to give a supporting dimension to the green woody base of the perfume. Absolutely high grade for me. Incredible fragrance for lovers of green and balsamic Oud.

What an intense scent!

Heidanei... so the "Layers of Jade (Pure Parfum) | Ensar Oud / Oriscent" is a fragrance in the category of "I knock everyone and everything out"! For me, however, in the end, it's just a bit too much! And this scent radiates and radiates... despite showering, it lasts on my skin for well over 36 hours with a powerful sillage.

The top note initially smells of dried plums, only to then create an exaggerated animalic quality. Beaver musk and oud bring me to my knees right away. In the heart note, everything becomes even more over-the-top, as it not only becomes barn-like, but a terrible ammonia aroma appears. In addition, a decent portion of rose water comes to the fore. The base remains very animalic. After a while, I also recognize some tobacco, green-earthy patchouli with a lot of vetiver, as well as more agarwood.

Unfortunately, I have to admit defeat here; my nose is just not made for something like this. Nevertheless, I want to thank Nick once again for all the samples.
