Back then, "Colognes" were still perfumes!

I remember it clearly now that I have the bottle and the outer carton in front of me. In the 1970s and 1980s, this great fragrance was available in the drugstore range at large department stores such as "Plaza", "Co-Op" and "Wertkauf" for almost "nothing".
My copy is the original in the "splash bottle", the price tag from back then still on the somewhat damaged OVP. "PLAZA- DM 10.95" for 100ml with a black screw cap. It says "Cologne" on it. By today's standards, the overall "appearance" is that of an "Eau de Parfum" or even an "Extrait de Parfum", with a rich blend of herbs, including "Muscatel Sage" and coriander.
Very green, easily recognizable galbanum, an extra portion of oakmoss and some woods.
Patchouli? Definitely a good portion too!
Is that still around these days? If so, then probably only in the "niche" - see "ROGUE", for example, or very rarely from Arabic production by "Lattafa", "Ard al Zaafaran" and co.
But my "Denim" is an ancient, true original walrus of a wonderful chypre fragrance with a wonderful radiance! :-))
