Floury Powdery Sweet, 80s Denver Clan Scent
If this fragrance were worn by an 80s TV character, it would be Alexis, aka Joan Collins from Denver Clan. Dark-haired, glamorous, somewhat mysterious, always fashionably dressed, with a tousled hairstyle and dresses and jackets with broad shoulder pads.
Strikingly styled and having a lot going on behind the ears. A fitting scent - a blockbuster is a must, of course. If there were scent television, one would have to be enveloped by such a perfume during the airing of this show. Finely powdered flour in sweet, a lot of jasmine, orange blossom, and ylang-ylang, along with iris (deep purple) and plenty of amber and vanilla. Not to forget the woods: they come in at the end. Flowered through the heart note and also ambered.
A true Alexis scent that doesn’t miss a certain bold cheekiness. Krystle, her blonde and virtuous rival, would probably wear "White Linen (Eau de Parfum) | Estēe Lauder," a typically American "clean scent" reminiscent of freshly washed laundry.
But Purple Mystery is more for established "Dark Divas"!
