Quirky but hard to resist

During the opening, I mostly get aldehydes, dry lavender and herbs (mint, rosemary and/or eucalyptus - in any case they have that mentholated effect on the nose) and the tiniest hint op bergamot.
These are increasingly joined by patchouli and pineapple, vanilla and caramel, all very subtle. All the ingredients play hide and seek, although the pineapple is always there. The pineapple grows increasingly sweeter, going from very green and unripe to super-ripe, sweet and roasted with vanilla sugar on the bbc. Despite this, it doesn't become a cloying gourmand - the lavender and the absence of alcoholic smells (like rum) help, I think.

This perfume reads as very unisex and safe for work. It's not a safe blind buy though, as I can imagine the combo of pineapple and tart herbs/lavender will probably not please every wearer.

I think it's absolutely lovely and unique. It makes me feel confident, collected, and only the tiniest but playful.
