Art washes the dust of everyday life from the soul

Dust is a particularly powerful word when it comes to this specimen.
While it is not a murderous art that is being created here, the scent is quite full of dusty facets - but even with a fine layer of dust over some things, one can sweeten everyday life. The fragrance has something intense, disreputable - something special - that dusty quality. Dust that rises from my hands, slightly darkening the pure air. I sink into a sea of dust - it seeps into every cell - the nose and lungs become dirty. Light breaths become increasingly labored, as the scent is so dry that I could cough all the sorrow out of me in a cloud of dust. Yes, I would have to force it out. From the deepest point of my lungs. So I take a deep breath for the first time. - In the end, however, there is only tar. Sweetened tar, illuminated by the moon that stretches over the desert.
But let's start from the beginning. L'Oriental Oud Sahara presents itself as particularly dry. Like cement, it presses from below on the bare soles - which have already clearly felt the heat of the day and could hardly wait to cool down a bit. The scent feels slightly warm, but on the other hand, it also brings a somewhat cool atmosphere - slightly rough and a bit edgy - a cool wind that tickles my nose. But soon the fine dust is stirred up. It gets dry in my mouth. The approaching night whispers something softly in my ear. Light hints of resin and tar stretch from my head towards the barren landscape. A deep sweetness spreads - sprinkled with spices everywhere in the fine sand. Just like my thoughts, these seem to wander lost in the darkness. It creaks from all sides - the scent often feels uneven, and I mentally drag my fingers across dusty wooden surfaces, as if hoping for more life and cleanliness. The scent lies silently on my skin. The resinous sweetness feels somewhat dampening, rotting away. Woody facets, although clearly more vibrant, are so covered in dust that they hardly come to light. Only a little woodiness remains on the periphery. However, in my opinion, it does not play a particularly significant role. It is rather the resin, the tarry aftertaste that sits on my tongue, as if it were a demon that has possessed it and is tickling ugly words out of my mouth.
Laughing black creatures - the scent sinks into a brief moment in the black, unpredictable phase. I perk up - now I'm getting into it. I start to like it. After about an hour, it no longer feels so uneven. Everything becomes beautifully layered, swirled by dust that somehow seems to fit now. The sweetness now feels very rich - spices feel stronger - I can sense the pepper in my nose. A brief wrinkle of my nose. Yes - it's slowly blowing me away! I feel wrapped in silk - something animalistic brushes over my soul and skin. It feels a bit rough - yet not unpleasant. Earthy tones mix in. The warmth becomes increasingly intense - the heart is pounding, but it is covered with a thick layer of dust. It fits somehow. The scent feels somewhat unusual - after the warmth, a bit of freshness comes in. It becomes more intimate, closer to the skin. Softness now envelops my mood. It can rise from the deepest level and present itself as the brightest angel. What a dirty s*%t!
My husband scrutinized me for a long time - he smelled it hesitantly and said it would only smell like a crypt, but then noted that the scent is not so bad and he likes the sweetness that keeps bubbling up. However, the sweetness becomes weaker over time - the pepper suffocated by the dust. The tar has flowed out of me, dissolved into eternal nothingness. What remains is just a lukewarm resin tone.
A beautiful oriental - that is really well made. A bit unusual - but with really a lot, a lot, a lot of dust that could take the breath away from many. A little less dust layers and I would be burning for this specimen. As it stands, it remains only slightly in the upper midfield - yet it brings me some variety in my scent routine - because admittedly, not everyone walks around with such a scent. The sillage and longevity are exceptionally good for me. Unfortunately, I don't have the bottle, just a measly sample, but even so, since it is black, it is elegant and timeless.
