With Twinset, make sure from the library that the rose bed by the garden gazebo is completely covered.
Silvery smile. *

If at all (depending on the presence of the rose), it would only work for me as a sofa or sleep scent due to its rather low longevity.

I do like Floris. Rose is a bit tricky for me, as I find it becomes overpowering over time... Still sounds good!

I know exactly why I love these old-school English crime stories ;-) On the surface, everything seems harmless - but in the garden, beautiful poisonous plants are growing.
That reminds me of my statement about 'Jolie Madame', caught red-handed! :-D

I can't help but wonder what the rose garden is hiding. Naked truths? Diabolical practices? Suddenly deceased husbands? 🤔

AxiomaticAxiomatic 1 year ago
Well, maybe Floris would rather keep quiet about it.

For me, the aldehydes were just too much, even though I usually like the combination of aldehydes and rose. But I'm glad it blew you away!

Strangely enough, I notice the musk in the base more.
But maybe I should test it more often to get to the bottom of the aldehydes!

Cool roses are not common. The effect might be due to the aldehydes.

I thought so too, but then everything would be "more golden." Here, though, the tone is silvery.
Thanks for the sample!

I have so many rose scents, but I’ve hardly ever used White Rose.

Thank you so much, MaKr!
One whiff and I had a version of YSL Paris 1984 in my nose.
Floris, however, opts for a cooler shade of rose.
The contrast with the strict jasmine sprinkled with vetiver is magnificent.
A woody, resinous base that feels very elegant despite the green elements.
Sprayed on in the evening, it lasts all night.
Subtle in projection.
Perfect for refined eerie tales beyond Calais…
