Woody floats on floral wings
Gisada is a very spectacular fragrance that completely enchants me.
Beautifully woody, slightly oriental, framed by a hint of floral warmth. I love this sandalwood and how it elegantly emphasizes the depth of this scent! For this feminine charm, I attribute it to patchouli and the floral notes.
In my eagerness to smell my wrist, I could almost forget why I am actually sitting here writing. It truly feels like floating on floral wings. And although this woody, floral, Floriental has certainly turned my head, I would not describe it as intrusive at all! It gives me a full hour before I really start to like it. In summer, it would surely accompany me in the evenings, but without a doubt also during the day. And it would linger for a whole day until the early morning hours if it were to visit me around noon. In its scent, I feel wonderfully at home - warm, woody, marvelous.
Enough of the enthusiasm. If I were to think of a woman in this fragrance, I would see the graceful Amal Clooney before me - it would be a mature, charming woman with charisma, depth, and character. Ha, no, not that I possess all these qualities, sometimes the opposite is true ;) but I simply feel very comfortable with it. Gisada is a fragrance, enchanting like life, radiating warmth, wonderfully floating. It is my little soul-soother.
Oh, yes, what I wanted to mention. Gisada takes a full hour on me to undergo its complete scent transformation. Before that, as you have already mentioned, it is rather a sugary bomb.
But after that, the big Ooh and Aah definitely comes ;)
