A Tropical Memory
I had the Discovery Set Expedicao brought back from Brazil, as I recently read about the brand Granado, which was completely unknown to me until now. But just the scent descriptions had piqued my interest.
My set contains 5 different fragrances, each 10 ml - for me, the perfect amount to immerse myself in a scent. As of today, Époque Tropical is my favorite. In everyday life, I tend to prefer scents that are not too sweet or floral. I lean more towards the clean laundry category, topped with a bit of patchouli, ylang-ylang, or a light citrus note.
However, this scent has convinced me with a floral, feminine warmth. At first, I perceive the woodiness, then the roses, and after a few minutes, my association with the scent is more of a fruity tropical cocktail. Furthermore, the fragrance evokes an old memory that I can't quite place.
Overall, the scent is a lovely addition to my everyday fragrances. It smells pleasantly light and not too overpowering; I would recommend it to any lady to give it a try if you find yourself resonating with my description.
