L'homme Ideal Edp... or not?
The opening starts very similarly to L'homme Ideal Edp. So much so that one might almost suspect a cherry note like in Ideal. Over time, this fades, allowing the amber to come through stronger, and one can also perceive a hint of oud and various woods. After 1-2 hours, it has indeed moved further away from L'homme Ideal. Here, the vanilla is a bit less present than the tonka bean in L'homme Ideal, but it does come through more in the drydown. Thus, for me, it is not a clone, but rather a good alternative to it.
