Here, the successor fragrance is at least as good as the "original"! And the classy ingredients, arranged slightly differently and varied, create a completely unique mood.
The lavender is mysteriously hidden in slightly rough spices, yet still quite detectable.
The strictly green, almost "razor-sharp" galbanum sets its woody accents.
What follows has something "mystical" about it! Spicy clove darkness vies for the light of the delicate geranium, only to unite into a blackish red.
The moss is already peeking around the corner, sharing its presence with earthy patchouli, inky birch tar, and fine woods.
Not innocent in the "mystical scent" is also a good portion of vetiver (missing in the fragrance pyramid) and the cumin, which creates a bittersweet note in the background.
In any case, the "newer" Jacomo has won the favor of my nose and my spirit. Without much effort, it joins the ranks of the "Mystical Elixirs"! :-))
