One of the very best LOTV blends

Walk On Air is a lily of the valley perfume first and foremost but it sidesteps the normal pairings of other high pitched floral notes and instead is balanced by a lot of greenery... fiddle ferns, linden blossom, violet leaves... and some surprise accords like crinum lily and Solomon's seal. This is a lovely and versatile perfume that I've now bought several times.

Bright and fruity leather! Who knew such a thing existed? I read a review that called it "sweaty apples" and laughed because... it's not wrong. The saffron adds a little "je nais se quois" to the overall...

What an odd duck!

Well, the drydown is definitely reminiscent of some of the other Imaginary Authors base notes. I've seen reviews saying lipstick, face powder, old paper, glue, playdough.... I can smell all of those which is typical for orris-centered fragrances....
